Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We value your time and ask that you value ours. Please note the following: Cancellation: No same-day cancellations are permitted. You may cancel up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. No-Show Policy: If you do not call and do not show up for your appointment, it will be automatically canceled with no refund. You have a 15-minute window after your missed session to call and reschedule based on availability. Age Restrictions: For safety reasons, no children under 12 years old are allowed, and no babies are permitted. Additionally, all 7 p.m. classes are exclusively for guests 21 and older.
