Event Dates:
• Friday, December 12th | 5PM–9PM
• Saturday, December 20th | 12PM–4PM

Vendor Pricing:

  • $50 per day

  • $90 for both days (save $10.00!)

Vendors Receive:

  • One 6-foot table with black tablecloth

  • Two chairs

  • Dedicated display space

  • Promotion on @readytolivesoaptherapy

Vendor Fee

Vendor Fee Includes: Once your vendor fee is paid and your form is submitted, your spot is officially secured for the Holiday Community Vendor Marketplace. Each confirmed vendor will receive:

  • One 6-foot vendor table- with tablecloth

  • Two chairs

  • A dedicated display space inside our Castleberry Hill studio

  • Access to setup 1 hour before the event

  • Promotion on our Instagram page @readytolivesoaptherapy

  • A supportive, intimate marketplace environment with curated foot traffic

Important Notes:

  • Vendor fees are non-refundable.

  • Space is limited due to the intimate size of our studio; placements are first come, first reserved.

  • You will receive a Vendor Welcome Email with setup instructions, arrival times, load-in directions, and parking information 48 hours before your event date.
