Return and Refund Policy for Soap Therapy Kits
At Ready to Live Soaps, we strive to provide a fulfilling and enjoyable experience through our Soap Therapy Kits. Due to the personalized nature of our kits and hygiene standards, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds for Soap Therapy Kits.
Shipping Information:
- Kits will be shipped within 3-5 business days after your order is processed.
- Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at [contact information] with your order number and a photo of the damaged product. We will be happy to offer a replacement for the damaged items.
Cancellations: Once your Soap Therapy Kit order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Session Rescheduling: If your Soap Therapy Kit includes an online session, you may reschedule the session with at least 24-hour notice. We allow one reschedule per booking. No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
